CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. You may enter the contest by becoming at least a Basic Member of myServiceForce.com. A Basic Membership is free with no purchases required, and may be cancelled at any time. For more information on membership options, click HERE. To sign up for the Grand Prize Drawing fill out the form below. You will receive a membership password in your email after which you will need to activate your membership as follows:

i. Go to www.myserviceforce.com

ii. Click on Sign In

iii. Accept the Terms of Use for the OnLine Business Center

2. All entries must be received no later than April 30, 2010 to be eligible for the drawing.

3. Membership Activation must be completed by May 7, 2010.

4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Employees and family members of myServiceForce.com, its Partners, and American Home Shield are not eligible for this contest.

6. Additional terms and conditions:

You must be 18 years or older to participate in the contest. Each contestant must properly type his/her name and contact information to enter. There is a limit of one entry per person. If more than one name is listed on an entry, the first name listed shall be considered the entrant. MyServiceForce shall, will and can have no other obligation for delivery to any person other than the entrant.

A total of 5 winners will be selected as described above. Prizes will be awarded in the order they are chosen, first to fifth.

The winner(s) will be determined via a random drawing on May 10, 2010 at the offices of Siana, Bellwoar & McAndrew, LLP, Chester Springs, PA. The winner(s) do not need to be present to win. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time from the date of the drawing, as determined in our sole discretion, then the winner forfeits the prize.

The winner(s) agree to the use of his/her name(s), address(es), photograph(s) or video(s), and statements on our website or in other media, for promotion and publicity by myServiceForce.

Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner(s).
