Today’s monitors are pretty big, but do you still ever wish you could see just a little bit more information on your screen? If you are using Microsoft Windows there is an easy was to hide some items in your Internet browser (the address bar, navigation bar, etc.) to enable you to see more content on your screen. In both Internet Explorer and Firefox, all you have to do is press the F11 key on your keyboard to see more of the page content. This can be really useful, especially on the dispatch board. And when you want to bring the hidden items back, just press F11 again. (Pressing F11 just toggles the browser in and out of the full-screen mode.)

The integration with ServiceBench is already underway and will take place in 2 phases:

  1. Work-Order Processing - ServiceBench work-orders will appear in your "To Be Called" bin and ACC without ANY manual data entry.  Calls can then be processed as using your normal myServicePRO workflow
  2. Invoicing and Scheduling - In our second phase we will tighten the integration allowing you to manage both invoicing and scheduling of ServiceBench work-orders directly from myServicePRO.
