"Installation" for myServicePRO
Bottom line is that the installation process for myServicePRO is quite easy. The only "installation" that needs to take place on the office side of myServicePro is for companies wishing to link myServicePRO to QuickBooks. Generally we can have you up and running in as little as 48 hours if preparations are made of integration ahead of your scheduled install. We understand you have business to conduct and we will do everything in our power to have the installation of our software impact you as little as possible. Now the efficiency impact? That is another story.
Support for myServicePRO is available 8am to 8pm Eastern time. We have a variety of vehicles to assist you with using myServicePRO from integrated online training to online chat and of course phone support.

Once you sign-up for myServicePRO our customer Service Engineers are busy assuring that your "system" will be "delivered" (as PRO is a hosted solution) ready to use. Before it arrives, there are still two steps to complete. Remember, if you need any help, the our support staff can be most easily reached via the "Live Chat" button at the top of any page here at myServiceForce.com or via email at support@myserviceforce.com.
The day before your QuickBooks installation is scheduled you will
receive an e-mail confirming your appointment and reminding you of a few
things to have ready in QuickBooks before your install starts.
At the prescribed time, you will receive a call from a myServiceForce.com Installation Technician who will help verify the install preparations and establish a secure link to begin the process.
During the next 1 to 2 hours, we will upload the appropriate data to the myServicePRO Host and establish a connection via the Financial Client. During most of that time, you or your assigned person may continue with normal duties and be available only for questions.
When complete, you can move to the first of two included training
sessions or get a "Quick Start" on exploring and schedule the training
for later.
