This product is designed to automate the initial work order entry into myServicePro from other Home Warranty companies or any other source of orders that are:

  • E-Mailed
  • Have Fixed Field Formatting
  • Can be forwarded to our myServiceCentral email address.

Start-Up Steps

  1. Send 3- 5 Samples of each New Work Order type that you want automatically created.
  2. myServiceForce evaluates them and if acceptable for automation creates a automation template in myServiceCentral

Testing:

  1. Support and Customer test 5-10 work orders for successful completion.
  2. Tweak template if necessary, otherwise put into operation.

Operations:

  1. Option 1 – Customer Forwarded:  Customer forwards incoming e-mails for new work orders to be created to myServiceCentral.
  2. Option 2 – Customer Automation:  Mailing email hosting companies’ products and email clients have rules that can be created that may allow for e-mails to be automatically forwarded.  This is a customer responsibility.
  3. Option 3 – Customer has Home Warranty company send new work order dispatches directly to myServiceCentral with copy to company e-mail.
