Support Plans

There are two basic support plans, Standard and Customized.

The Standard Plan consists of free support during the hours of 7AM to 7PM Eastern Time. Support outside of those hours are available at a rate of $50/hour with a minimum billing of $25. Both regular and out of hours calls are made by calling the Customer Support Line and following the prompts, or through a web-based chat available from this web site.

Customized plans are built around your hours of operations, number of field technicians, and speed of response. You can request a customized plan at any time during your contract by e-mailing or calling Customer Service.
