Support Plans

There are two basic support plans, Standard and Customized.

The Standard Plan consists of free support during the hours of 9:00am to 9:00pm Eastern Time. Support outside of those hours are available at a rate of $50/hour with a minimum billing of $25. Both regular and out of hours calls are made by calling the Customer Support Line and following the prompts, or through a web-based chat available from this web site.

Customized plans are built around your hours of operations, number of field technicians, and speed of response. You can request a customized plan at any time during your contract by e-mailing or calling Customer Service.
