The day before installation is scheduled you will receive an e-mail confirming that all of your equipment and materials have arrived. The included list will detail what you should have in hand. If anything is missing, please respond immediately.
At the prescribed time, you will receive a call from a myServiceForce.com Installation Technician who will help verify the install preparations and establish a secure link to begin the process.
During the next 1 to 2 hours, we will upload the appropriate data to the FieldMaster Host and establish a connection via the Financial Client. During most of that time, you or your assigned person may continue with normal duties and be available only for questions.
When complete, you can move to the first of two included training sessions or get a "Quick Start" on exploring and schedule the training for later.
