From time to time upgrades of two types will be made to the software. The first will be routine improvements to existing features and functions. These will be provided to subscription holders at no charge and will typically occur 2-4 times per year. The second will be a new product release or feature-set release which offers new features and services. These services will be offered as an upgrade during the subscription term to existing subscription holders for incremental fee. However, at the end of the Subscription Term you may be required to upgrade to the new release for the then current fee.
