Welcome to the second step on your way to automating your field service technicians. In this step you will configure our service to meet your needs. At any time, if you feel you need additional help, you can click the "Customer Service" button or access any of the on-line references.

Size Your Software

FieldMasterPro is licensed on a per user basis and is billed monthly. Users are defined as any person that connects to the host software and will include Office Users (Dispatchers and Clericals) and Field Users (Field Technicians and Supervisors). For example, if you have 3 field technicians and 2 administrative people (those that enter work orders, dispatch technicians, review finished orders, process invoices, and the like) you will need 5 seat licenses totaling $300/month.
