First Set of Videos Highlight Cost Savings, and Provide How-To’s on Dispatching and Work Orders

WEST CHESTER, Pa. (November 2, 2006) — myServiceForce.com, the leading mobile field service management and productivity software for small business, has debuted the first of their DIY Customer Video Testimonials on their website. The videos, featuring the employees of Deckside Pools located in Orange County, CA, highlight the benefits of using myServiceForce.com in their business.

The idea for the testimonials came from talking to customers about how they used myServiceForce.com’s FieldMasterPro to automate some of their key business functions. “Our customers have been so excited to film their videos, and share what they feel is an ideal solution for small service businesses of any kind,” said Gary Rawding, president of myServiceForce.com. “Now that we’ve got the first videos online, other small businesses, from HVAC and plumbers to pool service and equipment maintenance, can see how they too can benefit from myServiceForce.com.”

In order to create the testimonials, Rawding sent brand new DV cameras to three customers, including Deckside Pools. His only instructions were to “talk to other small service business owners about myServiceForce.com and, of course, to send the tape back when you were done.”

The clips, featuring the owner and employees from Deckside, are now posted on myServiceForce.com. In the coming months, myServiceForce.com will build a library of video how-to’s to better serve their customers as they get started with FieldMasterPro.
