FieldMaster Solutions Enter Partnership with E-Tech Solutions, Inc.

West Chester, PA., October 2005: FieldMaster Solutions, Inc., (FMS) a company focused on delivering enterprise level software applications to the small to medium sized service companies through web accessed hosted programs, today announced a partnership with E-Tech Solutions, Inc., West Chester, PA. Under the terms of the agreement, E-Tech will use its extensive experience with mobility solutions to provide technical support for development of FieldMaster Pro’s field agent software.

“E-Tech has tremendous history of delivering quality work, on time, and with the same commitment to customers that is FMS’ hallmark,” state Mark A. Anthony, General Manager for FMS.

Anthony indicated that E-Tech will use Microsoft’s newly announced Mobile 5.0 software as the core operating program for the field device software. This will open up the potential for end user equipment selection and provide systems for all levels of users and at all price points. This will substantially add to FMS’ goal to rewrite the mobile applications to provide more versatility, lower cost points for equipment, and better performance for end users. He still expects that the company will re-launch FieldMaster Pro as soon as the first quarter of 2006, but acknowledged that using a brand new operating system will put a premium on testing, so things may slip somewhat.

“We know how anxious the market is for this product to be re-launched. We are getting calls everyday from existing and new customers begging us to get FieldMaster Pro back on the market,” Anthony said.
