Fieldmaster Solutions Acquires Key Assets Of Aereon Solutions

West Chester, PA, July 2005: FieldMaster Solutions, Inc., (FMS) a company focused on delivering enterprise level software applications to the small to medium sized service companies through web accessed hosted programs, today announced the acquisition of key assets, including intellectual property and customer contracts, form Aereon Solutions, Inc.

Having reached a point in development where it could no longer support the technical growth required, the management and Board od Directors determined that FMS represented a wonder opportunity to advance their early designs.

“FMS’ plans for its mobile technology will provide a great platform for FieldMaster Pro to flourish,” state Mark A. Anthony, General Manager for FMS. 

Anthony said that over the next six to nine months, FMS will rewrite the mobile applications to provide more versatility, lower cost points for equipment, and better performance for end users.  He expects that the company will re-launch FieldMaster Pro as soon as the first quarter of 2006.

President of FMS, Gary A. Rawding added, “This acquisition position FMS to provide great services to a $2 billion market.  We are thrilled at the potential that truly robust field automation software will offer.”
