Gary A. Rawding - President and Chief Executive Officer
Gary has been immersed in small business ownership and management most of his life beginning with being part of a family owned and run trucking company where he did everything from driving semis to dispatching as he worked his way through college.

He has owned and operated a number of small businesses including a book store, an industrial cleaning company, and an insurance agency. He has been in management and executive positions within the telecommunications industry since 1979. Most recently he was the founder of Penns Light Communications, Inc. (December 1992) that became the cornerstone for NEXTLINK Communications, Inc., now XO Communications (XOXO). He served as President of NEXTLINK Pennsylvania that provided local telephone and Internet services to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Gary left active management of NEXTLINK in August 1998.

Other telecommunications experiences included senior management roles as part of the start-up team for Eastern TeleLogic Corporation, a Philadelphia based Competitive Local Exchange Company, and over ten years of management with Bell Atlantic and AT&T in sales and marketing.

Sean T. Marzola - Chief Operating Officer and VP of Business Development
Sean is a Senior Executive with diverse experience in Chairman, CEO, President / COO, CSO, CMO, Business Development, and Sales and Marketing roles.  His ability to quickly identify, develop and implement vision, strategies and organizational concepts will allow myServiceForce.com to rapidly move the company to the next level. 

Prior to mSF, Marzola has held positions in, chip manufacturing, business consulting, international business development, marketing, and sales at high tech companies including Great Valley Products, Scott Medical Products, and Primavera Systems.   He is a speaker at venture forums, investment banking seminars and panel discussions on the technology trends of start ups and the overall marketplace. 

Chris R. Turner - Chief Technology Officer
Chris has broad experience in operations and technology management, having served in CEO, COO, CTO and engineering roles.

Prior joining mSF, Turner was CTO of Cougar Creek Computing Devices, an engineering consulting firm designing hardware and software solutions for the transportation industry. Prior to Cougar Creek, Turner co-founded Velocity Semiconductor, Inc. and dct, ltd., companies developing embedded processor technology. At those two companies he held the positions of CEO, COO and CTO. He has also held positions as a professor, lecturing in System Engineering, IC design and DSP at the University of Westminster, England, and marketing and technical positions with Fujitsu Microelectronics, Inc. and DSPG, ltd. He has a BSEE from the Polytechnic of Central London and an MSEE from Edinburgh University.

David P. Snyder - Director of Customer Services
As a member of the original Aereon team, Dave brings a unique connection to myServiceForce.com and our customers. His background in teaching, information technology, customer service provide the basis for understanding and dedication to role as Customer Service Manager. Dave joined Aereon in July 2003 as Customer Service Manager. Prior he was an IT instructor at several non-profit firms including the Sierra Group, specializing in IT training for people with disabilities. Dave also has been a high school teacher of Algebra.

Jack Yorgey - Technology Center Manager
Jack's responsibilities include assuring the operational stability of our hosted solutions. His fully redundant operations center operates 24X7 to assure the complete integrity of FieldMaster Pro.

His background as a member of Vaticor and Lucent Technologies in IT engineering have provided the capabilities to insure a totally sound environment. Also, a member of the Quadritek , a software startup, he has extensive experience with new software development and perfection.
